How do i become a member?

To become a member in eGrocy.com, follow these steps
- Click on the Sign Up hyperlink at the top of the screen
- The Sign-up screen will appear. Enter the details and click on the Submit button
- A confirmation email with your User Id and password will be sent to the email address you have provided while signing-up
Membership is FREE and open to all Singapore residents above 18 years old.

Members can make payments once the delivery is made at their doorstep. Payment can be made either by cash or cheque.

Members and Non-members can suggest products that they would like to buy online from eGrocy.com. The suggestions will be taken into consideration and the eGrocy team will try and include those products for online sale.
To suggest a product, please click on the Suggestions/Complaints hyperlink at the bottom of a eGrocy.com screen.

What is Shopping List?

The Shopping List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across eGrocy and store them for future access and convenient purchases subsequently.

What is Shopping Cart?
|
|

An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from our store.

If I forget my User ID or Password, how do I retrieve it?
|
|
| |
If you have forgotten your user id or password and want to retrieve it, follow these steps:
- Click on the Forgot Password hyperlink at the top of the screen
- The Forgot Password screen will appear
- If you want to retrieve your Password, enter the user id in the User id field and click on the Submit button. The password will be sent to the Email address you had provided while registering in the website.
- If you want to retrieve your User ID and Password, enter the Email Address (you had given while registering in the website) in the Email Address field and click on the Submit button. The User ID and Password will be sent to the Email Address.

How can I change my Password?

To change your Password, follow these steps:
- Log into your eGrocy.com with your User Id and Password
- You will be logged into your account. This will be denoted by a welcome message at the top
right corner.
- Click on the My Account hyperlink at the top right corner of the screen
- The My Account information screen will appear. Click on the Change my account Password hyperlink
- The My Password screen will appear . Enter your existing password in the Current Password field. Enter the new password in the New Password field. Confirm the new password by entering it in the Password Confirmation field.
- The new password will be updated and a confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provided while registering in the eGrocy.com website.

How do I change my account information such as Delivery Address / Phone number or Email ID?

To change your account information, follow these steps:
- Log into your eGrocy.com with your User Id and Password.
- You will be logged into your account. This will be denoted by a welcome message at the top right corner.
- Click on the My Account hyperlink.
- The My Account information screen will appear . Click on the View or change my account information hyperlink.
- The My Profile screen will appear. Edit your information and click on the Submit button.
The new information will be updated in the website.

How do I create my Personal Shopping List?

All members can create their own shopping list. This shopping list enables them to order preset items in preset quantities at anytime, so that they don’t have to search for products every time they want to shop in egrocy.com.
To create a personal shopping list, follow these steps:
- Log into your eGrocy.com with your User Id and Password.
- You will be logged into your account. This will be denoted by a welcome message at the top right corner.
- Click on the My Account hyperlink.
- The My Account information screen will appear.
- Click on the My Shopping List hyperlink.
- The My Shopping List screen will appear. . Enter a shopping list name in the
New Shopping List Name field and click on the Add New List button.
- The shopping list title will be added in the screen. Up to three shopping lists can be maintained by each member.
- To add products into a particular shopping list, select the appropriate Current radio button and click on any of the product categories on the left navigation bar.
- The products will be displayed.
- To add the products into your shopping list, click on the List image parallel to the product.
- Once the required products are added into a Shopping List, click on the Add List to Cart hyperlink.
- The My Shopping Cart screen will appear .
- By default, the quantity of the products you choose will be 1. Enter the quantity you want to buy and click on the Update button.
- Once you have updated your shopping cart, click on the Checkout button
- The Confirm Delivery Details screen will appear . Enter the details and click the Continue button.
- The Order Confirmation screen will appear . Click on the Confirm Order button.
- Your order will be confirmed and an order confirmation message and order number will be displayed.

How do I view my previous Orders?

Members can view all the orders that they have made at any point of time. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log into your eGrocy.com with your User Id and Password.
- You will be logged into your account. This will be denoted by a welcome message at the top right corner.
- Click on the My Account hyperlink.
- The My Account information screen will appear .
- Click on the View the orders I have made hyperlink
- The My Orders screen will appear .
- Click on the order id number to view the details of the order

How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the eGrocy.com newsletter?

The eGrocy.com newsletter gives updated information to all members about new products, product discounts, special offers, changes in the website, promotional announcements etc. To sign up for the newsletter, follow these steps:
- Log into your eGrocy.com with your User Id and Password
- You will be logged into your account. This will be denoted by a welcome message at the top right corner.
- Click on the My Account hyperlink at the top right corner of the screen
- The My Account information screen will appear . Click on the Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters hyperlink.
- The Newsletter Subscription screen will appear. .
- To subscribe to the newsletter, select the check box in the screen and click on the Submit button
- To un-subscribe to the newsletter, de-select the check box in the screen and click on the Submit button

Is it necessary to become a member to place order in eGrocy.com?

Yes. You have to be a Member to place order in eGrocy.com. Membership is free and open to all Singapore residents of age 18 years and above.

Is there any minimum amount of purchase required for delivery?
|
|
| |
Yes, minimum purchase should be S$ 40. Delivery charge of S$5 for orders between S$40 and S$59.99. Delivery is free for orders S$60 and above.

How can I add or remove an item in the shopping cart?
|
|

Click on My Cart located at the top of every page. In the shopping cart, change the quantity to “0” or select the remove checkbox and click on Update button to reflect your changes.

How can I confirm my order?

Click on Checkout located at the top of every page. In the Confirm delivery details page, check your delivery address and contact information. If all the details are correct, click on Continue to confirm your order. If all the products are correct, click on Confirm Order to place your order.

How can I verify my order has been submitted successfully?
|
|

Once you have submitted your order, an order number will be assigned to you and a confirmation will be sent to your email. You check the details of your orders in View the orders I have made at My Account. You may print this out for your reference.

Is there any option to print the Confirmed Order?

Yes. you can print the confirmed order. Click on My Account located at the top of every page. Click on View the orders I have made and click on the order number you want to print. Print the order detail page as your copy.

How can I amend my confirmed order?

Please send email to the support with your changes. Please note the order number, your name, phone number in the email. Please send mail atleast 6 working hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Shopping cart is automatically saved for users who have logged into eGrocy web site. When the user logs in again, the shopping cart is restored and that make hassle free shopping of losing the items in shopping cart.

How can I place order from my Previous Order

Click on my account link at the top.
Click on View the orders I have made.
Click on Add List to cart for the corresponding shopping list.
Click Checkout.
Confirm the delivery details.
Now click on Confirm order and the order will be placed successfully.

Can I change the delivery date and time after confirming the order?

Yes. You Can. But please inform us 6 hours in advance of the cut-off time for the original delivery time-slot.
e.g. 1: Change in scheduled date and time on weekdays
If your delivery is scheduled to be on a Wednesday morning between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., please inform us before tuesday 4 pm.
e.g. 2: Change in scheduled date and time on weekends
If your delivery is scheduled to be on a Monday morning between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., please inform us on Saturday morning before 10 a.m. Please note our office closes at 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
